  • Financial Information: Bank account details (for payments, salaries).

Special Personal Information includes sensitive data such as religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health or sex life, biometric information, and criminal behaviour. We will only process Special Personal Information under specific conditions allowed by POPIA (e.g., with explicit consent, legal obligation) and with heightened security measures.

Excluded Information: This policy does not apply to:

  • Information made anonymous or de-identified so it cannot be linked back to you.
  • Non-personal statistical information.
  • Information voluntarily shared in a public forum (e.g., blog comments).

4. Acceptance of this Policy

We do not sell your personal information.
